NIH also provides comprehensive clinical and administrative support—including e-prescribing, clinical prior authorization, therapeutic equivalence, case management, clinical trials and patient assistance.

Through his consulting work, Jake focuses on delivering a comprehensive, fiduciary pharmacy purchasing program designed to significantly reduce the costs of high-priced medications.

Over the past two years, he has developed a 50-state 340B program and an in-home infusion network. Jake works directly with PBM’s, TPA’s, brokers and direct to employers.
