Suzanne Walicki is a financial executive with over 20 years of accounting experience in Banking & Insurance and Corporate Accounting.

As a Co-Founder and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Suzanne has been instrumental in building the organization from the ground up, transforming a foundational vision into a financially sustainable enterprise.

With a formal education in accounting, her expertise spans financial management, process optimization, and cash-flow analysis. Throughout her career, she has developed a reputation for her ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business intelligence.

Suzanne has developed NIH’s strategic invoicing and billing system, implementing internal controls and enterprise-wide financial systems.

She works closely with the executive leadership team to optimize resource allocation, financial strategy, AP & AR efficiencies, and ensure that the organization remains agile in an ever evolving and growing business enterprise.
